More Snow Pics ...

En route to Dairy House ...

On the way home ... these 4 photos are taken from the same spot ...

(The hill in the centre of this photo is Shaftesbury!)

... And this one is barely 300 yards further along the A303, but the wind has meant the snow has drifted across the fields and covered the road

The snow is truly beautiful. As I look out my art room window I see two small drifts in our driveway. Georgia never gets snow and it is freezing outside. What happened to global warming?...lol I am so glad that snow does not originally have any other color then white. Wouldn't it be awful if it were brown? It gets that way with traffic fumes but when it first comes down it is so beautiful.
I pray that 2010 will be filled with lots of giggles, bunches of hugs and spring coming early. Blessings to you, Sharon

Nice post, I live on a small side road in Gosport, Hampshire, so totally not gritted and covered in around 4-5 inches of snow... saw a guy in a ford focus come down the road this morning doing about 20mph, which is utter crazyness in this amount of snow - I am very surprised his brakes worked and he didn't go crashing into the bungalow at the end of the road.

Best Regards,
